Expert in Zoology and Ecology with emphases on animal behavior and conservation, human impact on biological systems, bioacoustics, behavioral ecology, and soundscape ecology. Bachelor in Zoology, Education Specialist in Biology, and Master in Ecology, Conservation and Management of Wildlife from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG, Brazil), and Ph.D. in Animal Behavior from the Zoology Graduate Field at Cornell University (USA).
