Created in 2011 at the Biosciences Center of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) after Dr. Renata S. Sousa-Lima was nominated Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology (and Behavior). Since then the LaB has provided opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students, research fellows and colleagues to collaborate in “Sound Science for Nature”.
